I see our lives as being like a Mosaic. A beautiful piece of art fashioned from bits of broken glass or tile. When we are up too close or buried in the thick of it, things can look muddled and confusing. When we step back to take it all in, the pieces become connected and we experience more complete understanding.

Farmers’ Markets’ are my first stop for groceries before heading to a brick-and- mortar, and I want to inspire the same for you.
One of my favorite things to do at the turning of the year is reflect on where I’ve been, reconnect with where I am, and realign with where/how I want to be moving forward.
To do this I’ve compiled a series of exercises to support my efforts and I’m happy to share them with you. I invite you to create some time for yourself...a generous and loving chunk of it.

The outdoor Dane County Farmers’ Market in downtown Madison may be the most well-known, but there are farmers’ markets every day of the week scattered throughout Madison and its surrounding communities. (Did you know that there are a few which run all year long?!)
